Important Dates

  • September 23 - Last day to change course registrations (Add/Drop) for all programs
  • October 10 - Thanksgiving (College closed)
  • October 14 - Final deadline for payment of fall semester tutition and fees. 
  • October 24-28 - Midterm exam week

Food Security

Edmonton Food Bank provides food support services to those in need.

Wecan Food Basket Society provides affordable nutritious food to community members throughout the Edmonton area.

 

Child Care

Jasper Place Child and Family Resource Society

ABC Head Start offers preschool and family support programs in Edmonton for lower-income families. To attend this program a child must be between 3-1/2 and 5 years of age.

Alberta Association for Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services provides a list of accredited child care providers.

The Government of Alberta website offers information about programs and services.

 

Legal Aid

Legal Aid Alberta provides cost-effective legal services for Albertans in need.

Legal Resource Centre of Alberta provides free public legal education resources.

Student Legal Services of Edmonton provides free legal information and representation.

John Howard Society is a not-for-profit, community-based agency that provides programs for offenders, ex-offenders, and their families.

Elizabeth Fry Society offers services and support to women in contact with the legal system.
