This course is designed to enhance Cree language conversations and awaken nehiyaw mamitoneyicikaniyisicikewin. The students will be required to be involved in experiential land-based activities. Learning the language through a natural and holistic approach is considered to be an effective method in teaching the language. Further, in parallel with the language instruction, Cree cultural practices and teachings will be the focal point to understanding and connection of nehiyaw sichikewin.
